Forgive me father for I have sinned…

The last week of every month is allotted for the confessions among RCians. The chapel is warmly open to students as well as RC employees who want to unload their burdens to God. As part of the curriculum, RC teaches students basic catechism which comprises the examination of conscience and the actual confession. Last June 2010, the RC high school students had the opportunity to have their sins forgiven through sincere confessions. The last week of the months of July and August on the other hand are allocated for the college department confessions. Though the act of confessing is voluntary among the students, they are encouraged to do so as a deed of a faithful Christian.

It aimed to counsel some selected students which are generally in need of help in terms of coping with stress. With the theme “Student’s Emotional Wellness and Adaptation to Stressor”, this half-day affair included group activities and encouraging lectures on discipline and stress management.
