RC High Participates the Municipal, SECSU and Provincial Meet

The Rogationist College Varsity Players joined the Municipal Meet last September 11 and 14,2009 at Bulihan National High School Silang, Cavite. The Varsity left together with Mr. Mark Ryan Aure, Mrs. Anna Liza Labanza and Ms. Janine Cortez.

The results of the competition are as follows:

• Basketball Girls – Champion

• Basketball Boys – 2^nd Runner Up

• Volleyball Girls – 2^nd Runner Up

  • John Asilo – 1^st Runner Up

  • Carl Ilagan – 1^st Runner Up

• Badminton Boys

  • Sam Juat – Champion

  • Aaron Torres & Paolo Galvez – 2^nd Runner Up

• Badminton Girls

  • Kristine Aves – 1^st Runner Up

  • Bea Galvez – 1^st Runner Up

  • Manuella Benitez and Queenie Santiago – 1^st Runner Up

• Table Tennis Boys

  • Arthur Imperial – 1^st Runner Up

  • Table Tennis Girls

  • Hazel delas Alas – 1^st Runner Up

Selected Varsity Players went straight to the Secondary East Cavite Sports Unit (SECSU) Meet which was held last September 17 – 18, 2009 at Dasmariñas National High School. The Basketball Boys, Vaniel Joseph Vitacion, Von Naito and Mark Javen Gatdula, got the 1^st Runner Up same with badminton player Sam Juat. Alvin Carlos of chess boys got the 3^rd Runner Up while Jaydee Rose Dalay of swimming girls won as the Champion.

The 3 Basketball Boys Varsity Players also joined the provincial meet together with Jaydee Rose Dalay of Swimming Girls last October 5-8, 2009 at Cavite State University. The boys won as the 1^st Runner Up while Dalay once again won as the Champion.

Rogationist College Varsity Players are looking forward to join more outside-the-school competitions and also bringing home more awards, medals and trophies.
