Admission Requirements
Prior to the admission of a student to any CHED or TESDA academic program, specific requirements must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office. Only until the student has completed all admission requirement shall be considered officially enrolled and his grades and units earned officially recorded.
For Incoming Freshmen
- Original copy of Form 138
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the High School Guidance Counselor or Principal
- Certified true copy / photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Four (4) colored 2x2 pictures (blue background)
- Four (4) colored 1x1 pictures (blue background)
- Medical Certificate
- Two (2) long brown envelopes
- Photocopy of Diploma
For Transferees
- Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)
- Certified true copy of Grades/Transcript of Records
- Four (4) colored 2x2 pictures (blue background)
- Four (4) colored 1x1 pictures (blue background)
- Certified true copy / photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Certification of Good moral Character from the previous school
- Medical Certificate
- Two (2) long brown envelopes
For Returnees
No record of Academic Deficiency, status of dismissal, or exclusion in his last term at the Rogationist College including unofficial Leave of Absences.
For Transferee – Returnees
Same requirements as that for transferees.
For Foreign Students with Credentials from a Foreign School
Foreign students with credential from a foreign school should submit duly the authenticated copies of the following:
1. Non-Immigrant Visas (any one)
1.1 Student
1.2 Diplomatic
1.3 Investor’s
1.4 Refugee
1.5 Special investor’s residence
1.6 Pre-arranged employment or missionary
2. Immigrant Visa
Documents required by the Philippine Government for submission to the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
2.1 Original or Certified true copy of scholastic record
2.2 Accomplished Personal History statements (PHS) with 2x2 photos and right thumb print, duly signed by the applicant
2.3 Affidavit of adequate support to cover expenses incidental to his studies
2.4 Authenticated Police Clearance Certificate issued by the National Police authorities of the student's country of origin
2.5 Medical Health Certificated issued by an authorized medical practitioner in the student's country of origin residence, including standard size x-ray
3. Other documents required by the CHED - Office of Student Service Auxiliary Services Division
