Ash Wednesday at RC

“You are from dust and unto dust you shall return.” 

These are the words that Fr. Mike De Silva RCJ emphasized when he delivered his homily in the celebration of the Ash Wednesday during the Institutional Mass held last Feb. 17, 2010 in the school gymnasium. The traditional Ash Wednesday ritual was participated by the whole student body, faculty, staff and personnel. The other priests of the community also joined. Ashes remind us of our nothingness and of our need for God in order to be of great value.
